| This locomotive was the penultimate of the 38 Princess Coronation' Class locomotives built. It incorporated modifications by Sir William Stanier's successor - George Ivatt but was named in honour of its original designer. The locomotive was built in 1947 and was the last of its class to be withdrawn from service in 1964. |
