STUART BLACK STUDIO DATA PROTECTION POLICY  

Stuart Black Studio conforms to the Data Protection Law that came into force on 25th May 2018.  Stuart Black Studio only holds personal data for the purpose of processing orders, accounting and maintaining contact information on regular clients.  The only personal data that is stored electronically are initials and surnames of individual customers on annual account spreadsheets.  

Customers who order merchandise in large quantities have their names, business addresses (both postal and e-mail) stored electronically and on invoices to assist with processing orders and accounting.  Hardcopy receipts and invoices that are held for accounting purposes are stored for the requisite period of 5 years. These normally only include a contact e-mail and postal address.  Credit card, banking details and other financial information are not held by Stuart Black Studio.  

Personal data held by Stuart Black Studio is not passed on in any shape or form.  

Stuart Black Studio does not use mailing lists or send out promotional mail shots in either electronic or paper form.  Individuals or businesses may ask that their personal details are not withheld or are removed from Stuart Black Studios files and accounting systems at any time by telephone, e-mail or letter.
